Coco and I Go Earthing.

I have been working diligently every night for the past few days to clean up my email account.  There were weeks and weeks that went by during the time we were doing the kitchen remodel that I never bothered reading my emails.  It accumulated to 784 unread messages in my inbox. I would check for any personal family messages, but never bothered with the rest.  I'm down to 502 in my inbox today, but in the process came across an interesting topic--'Earthing' which is supposedly fundamental for vibrant health.   'Earthing', or as some call it, 'getting grounded', is based upon an important discovery years ago that states a person needs to connect to the earth's natural energy to experience the natural healing benefits of the earth.  This is achieved quite simply by going barefoot.  Many, many years ago, humans walked barefoot and slept on the ground.  In today's world, people are in a hurry, we walk around without shoes on at the beach, or at the airport.  Both brief amounts of time, and not on a daily basis.  The disconnect from the earth's natural energy leads to electron deficiency which leads to chronic inflammation throughout the body.  When we 'earth' we are able to balance our energies with the earth and receive the negative electrons that are so vital to the human body for overall health.   All you need to get started is go outside and walk barefoot for at least thirty minutes a day.  It's that simple.  More information at this link:  http://earthinginstitute.net/

Climb the rocks, then shoes off Coco.  Time to receive the earth's negative electrons.
